He's here. After many hours of a stressful, nonworking induction (24 to be exact), the doctor decided to go ahead and break my water. This is a horrible pain to experience when you are not dilated. I asked for stadol immediately after and five minutes after getting it, told them that it was not working anymore. The nurse checked and I was four centimeters. They told me they would order an epidural and I started cussing out all of the nurses. The nurses paged Dr. Smith and basically in twenty to thirty minutes, I had dilated from nothing to eight centimeters. Needless to say, it was too late for an epidural and I had the unfortunate pleasure of delivering Gabe naturally. I do not wish that upon my worst enemy. Anyway, here's what you came for--pictures. Enjoy!!

First, let me say CONGRATULATIONS! He is absolutely beautiful!
Secondly, holy shit! I begged for an epidural at 4 and was so glad to have it. No one can ever say you aren't a real woman.
He's sooo beautiful!! You all look great! I hope rest for all of you before the trip home.
I'm not sure if I believe all the bullshit about the pain, etc. because you look WAAAAAAAY too beautiful in those pictures to have been through all that trauma. Nonetheless, if what you say IS true (kiddin') you are more of a woman than I could ever pretend to be. You GO girl. By the way, he's absolutely awesome.
Bridgit
Elizabeth, just wanted to let you know that ghess is my mom.
Guy and Elizabeth...Gabe is so handsome. You two did a great job! Congratulations on everything. Elizabeth, you do look beautiful as others have said. I'm sorry labor was so difficult but by the looks of it it was absolutely worth it. What a fantastic family! Mabry is so pretty! You guys should be so proud! (wow, I went back to saying "you guys" as opposed to "ya'll")...I miss my fellow southerners! Ya'll take care! Miss you two! Jena
